- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Partner
We ship our orders through trusted courier partners via Shiprocket to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 7-10 business days
- Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or minimum order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email/SMS
- Tracking ID and courier details
- You can track your order directly using the tracking link provided.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate while placing your order.
LabelKay will not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect address or phone number
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Orders marked delivered by the courier partner
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.

Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package:
- Record a proper unboxing video from start to finish
- Do not discard the packaging
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
